Greetings friends of ISHRM,

We hope your 2026 has been off to a great start.  We are excited to announce our annual meeting on June 5, 2026 in East Peoria.  Be on the lookout for our meeting notice and hotel room information.  Our annual meeting will feature a keynote address by Jennie Phillips, author of Yellow Light Moments: Maximize Your Health and Vitality Through the Power of Pausing.  Jennie will speak on finding the joy in the journey to your destination, whether that be professional or personal.  As Jennie states, “in a world that glorifies the hustle, it’s time to slow down and embrace the transformative power of a Yellow Light Moment.”

We are also seeking submissions for additional topics to be presented at the annual meeting as well as nominations for our Risk Manager of the Year.  Please reach out if you have suggestions for both.

 Yet this spring, watch out for an ISHRM Pop-Up.  This webinar will be designed to bring a quick and concise presentation on a subject which is a hot topic or a situation which occurs at your facility and you are looking for recommendations on  best practices to address.
